6. Confirm material certification before commencement of China Manufacturing process
7. CMI and customer to verify sample batch of parts before continuing process
8. Verify supplier documents and log machinery settings for product consistency (China)
9. Onsite visit to review final stages of production and confirm accuracy of quality and inspection process (U.S. Program Director)
10. Shipment tracking
11. Review shipment upon arrival; packaging, part quality and documentation
12. First order review (U.S.)
13. U.S. Program Director reviews with U.S. and Chinese leads project opportunities and implements corrective action program(s).
