CMI has located and establish Joint Ventures with many Chinese companies. Our
well-seasoned and tight-knit team performs an intense audit of the business’s
products, costs, margins, and a myriad of other variables, then formulates a
plan, rapidly improving and ensuring the company's fiscal health and growth.
Contract Manufacturing Services created and established by CMI as an easy to
use system allowing the U.S. companies & CMI’s Shanghai office to
work smoothly with each other eliminating the need for assistance from a third
party.

offshore auditing and engineering support. CMI will offer this service or identify
a third party entity within the proximity of the manufacturer to assist with
training, auditing, testing, layouts and engineering on a predefined schedule
or as needed basis.

with the client on China Manufacturing to ensure a properly working system.
Every aspect of the operating and work flow control system is monitored during

2. U.S. and Chinese staff to follow each step/activity in flow of first order
3. Review/audit order process information
4. Verify receipt and ability of supplier to comprehend and accurately confirm
order information; Chinese staff to verify drawing revision, quality requirements
and customer supplied samples
5. Review supplier steps/activities and timeline for project
6. Confirm material certification before commencement of China Manufacturing
process
7. CMI and customer to verify sample batch of parts before continuing process
8. Verify supplier documents and log machinery settings for product consistency
(China)
9. Onsite visit to review final stages of production and confirm accuracy of
quality and inspection process (U.S. Program Director)
10. Shipment tracking
11. Review shipment upon arrival; packaging, part quality and documentation
12. First order review (U.S.)
13. U.S. Program Director reviews with U.S. and Chinese leads project opportunities
and implements corrective action program(s).
